Our lives are never going to be perfectly ready for photos, but that’s exactly what I like.

Whose life is perfect?! I find my passion for photographing families lies in the imperfectness of our lives. It’s the little interactions you have with your kids that might otherwise go unnoticed or the one chance you have to touch your partner is a passing high five or quick hand hold because you’re busy chasing after little ones.

Is a photo with everyone looking at the camera nice to have? Sure! And I’m going to give you one of those, but what you don’t know you want is those everyday, in between moments that you’ll look back on and it will make the memories come flooding in.

We’ll work together to figure out your vision (trust me, you have one, even if you don’t think you do) and choose a location and outfit ideas Depending on the location, we’ll work out details like if we’re bringing in flowers or hanging a sheet for a backdrop or even how to not prep your house (more on that later if you decide to do an in-home).

I hand-edit every image with care and intention—preserving your story while keeping things timeless.

You’ll receive an online gallery filled with soulful, joy-filled images—and options to turn them into lasting keepsakes.

SESSIONS

This session is perfect if you’re on a tighter budget or only have time for a quick 20 minute session. I’ll move quickly to get you into several positions and direct you more than I do in my longer sessions, just to make sure we make the most of our time! Guarantees 25 digital images and printing rights.

Mini \$350

This session is perfect if you’re wanting more variety and more images in your gallery. It won’t feel too rushed or chaotic and we’ll be able to have an outfit or location change if you want it!. Includes all images (guarantee 60) and printing rights.

  • I absolutely love to travel to new cities and towns to meet you and discover new landscapes. I have a travel package I can send once you inquire.

  • My overall approach to family photography is documentary with an editorial + refined twist. I love to capture moments as they happen but I love to stylize and pose when the mood strikes. I do a lot of prepping so you’ll be fully ready for the shoot.

  • I don’t have an ideal client in terms of looks and locations, but you are my ideal client if you place a high value on your family photos and understand just how important they are to accurately tell the story of your current life. You are my ideal client if you trust me and are willing to let go of any traditional ideas of how a photoshoot should go.

  • I do! After years of not offering mini sessions, I came to the conclusion that some families really only have time for a quick session. I also understand that my longer sessions are more of an investment and I want my work to be accessible to everyone.

    I will occasionally host mini session days where I book 5-8/day and they are all at the same location for convenience, but you can book a mini session anytime of the year.
